ROSH HASHONA APPEAL

At this time of the year, everyone is seeking Rachmonus from the Ribbono Shel Olam, and Hashem pays back Midda K’neged Midda. At the Prestwich Foundation, we show Rachmonus to the suffering in the Kehilla. There is hardly a street in the Kehilla we have not supported. There is hardly a family in town who does not know someone we have helped. Please help the needy we assist at Kaporas, Yizkor, and at many other times. We are a town Tzedaka.

The Malachim cry out “Who will live, who will die, who in the intended time, who not in the intended time. Who by water, who by fire etc”.

Tzedaka removes the evil decree, and at the Prestwich Foundation, we can say: Who received from us the money for an assessment, who received a doctor, dentist, therapist appointment. Who received glasses, lenses, medication, who received food, clothes, household items. Who received a loan, who had a debt paid, who received a holiday. Who received new doors, who received new windows. Who received roof repairs, who received floor repairs, who received car repairs, who received a new fridge or freezer. Who received encouragement to live, who received encouragement to keep Torah and Mitzvos...

We have helped so many people in the Kehilla; some help other people know about, but some is so confidential that it will never be known. Many people have been speechless by the help we give. Our budget is growing and growing, sometimes thousands a day.

Can you collect at a few neighbors' doors on Friday afternoon, or in your Shul once a week? If someone could see the reward for what a bit of time and heart achieves, they would run for it.
