No-Bake Katan’s Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 pint heavy cream 3 blocks unwhipped cream cheese (8 oz each), room temperature 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature Juice of 1/2 lemon Zest of 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 bag Katan’s Cookie Dough Chunks 2 graham crusts Your choice of toppings for garnish: We used Katan’s Cookie Dough Chunks, whipped cream, butterscotch chips and peanut brittle

Directions:

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla. Beat for 2-3 minutes on medium-high speed until smooth. Add Katan’s Cookie Dough Chunks and slowly fold cream into cheesecake filling until combined. Pour filling into crust. Gently smooth down top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Tip: Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days.)

Ingredients

puff pastry 2 lb 4 oz Taam Tu v cream cheese 8 oz of sour cr eam 1 ½ cups sugar The juice of half a lemon 4 eggs 4 teaspoons v anilla sugar 1 vanilla puddin g

Directions

Roll out one sh eet of puff past ry very thin. Preheat the ov en on 175. Cheese mixture - combine all in gredients. Divid pastry into 3. Sp e read the cheese in the middle area. From the two sides cut th e pastry from the cheese outw ards ¼ of an in ch wide. Braid it. Brush it with egg. Then garn ish w ith a table spoon apricot jam and sprink le flaked almonds. Bake it 175 for about ½ hour. Cut when cold . Enjo y!
