ANNUAL REPORT 2025

A MESSAGE FROM BO CHANCEY

Dear Church,

We have so much to celebrate in the life of One Church over the past 12 months! We continue to reach the most people in the shortest time in the communities and towns where our Outposts are located and online because of your faithful generosity to One Church. Join me in praising God and celebrating the wins for God’s Kingdom featured in our 2025 Annual Report.

Thank you for being the Church!

ONE CHURCH SPANISH SERVICE

We started a Spanish service at our Manchester Outpost. It continues to grow and flourish in beautiful and meaningful ways. We are welcoming first-time guests, walking alongside individuals and families who speak only Spanish, and extending our reach not only throughout Manchester, but throughout the New England Latino community. Each week, the Gospel is being preached in Spanish, and we are lifting our voices together in worship through translated One Church original songs—celebrating that we are one family in Christ, no matter our language or background.

Our mission remains clear: to reach the most people in the shortest time by living out our daily prayer, “God, please give me one person to share Your love with.” This prayer guides our conversations, our hospitality, and the relationships we build. God is honoring our prayers as new friendships form, hearts open, and lives are transformed. God is moving, and we are grateful to be part of what He is doing among the Spanish-speaking community in New England.

FINANCIALS

ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM (ALT)

The ALT is established by the board of Elders through the governance of One Church and is comprised of Elders, staff and volunteers. This team provides financial oversight and assists with One Church’s administrative and financial management, including financial oversight of the annual operating budget. One Church also has a volunteer Treasurer who assists in these areas. The ALT generally meets every month to review One Church’s financials and provide recommendations, as requested, to the Elders on any administrative or financial decisions. It is also the responsibility of the ALT, in conjunction with the Elders, to steward resources responsibly and for the long-range future of One Church.

OUTSIDE FINANCIAL REVIEWS

One Church hires an outside firm to perform periodic financial reviews to ensure integrity and accountability in all financial areas. One Church also utilizes an outside accounting firm to perform some of the bookkeeping functions for One Church’s finances. This provides a system of checks and balances within our Finance department. The the most recent financial review’s findings were that One Church’s overall financial health is strong including having strong internal control policies and procedures to mitigate risk and financial misstatements.

WHEN YOU GIVE, LIVES CHANGE

CONNECT TO GOD

Pray For ONE

“God, please give me ONE person to share your love with.” This is a big, bold prayer of faith. God is invites us to not only receive His love, grace and mercy but also to participate in building His Kingdom. This is fantastic news! God want us all to be a part His mission. When we step out in faith we align our hearts to His. Will you say yes to trusting in Him to lead you today by asking Him to give you ONE person to share His love with?

Lifepost

We are the Church where we Live, Work and Play. God is revealing His love to your world through you. This is a glorious opportunity to share His love in your home, workplace, school, neighborhood, grocery store, and everywhere else you do life.

Groups Testimony

“The Lakes Region “Fuel for Life” group is empowering participants at One Church to gain meaningful insight into their health through biblically grounded nutrition principles. Led by a registered dietitian at various local venues, Fuel for Life explores the divine connection between faith, food, and wellness through a biblical lens. Group participants learn about topics ranging from healthy eating, fighting disease through nutrition, and much more. The goal of this group is to empower participants with wisdom, faith, and the tools they need to steward their bodies well.

Rooted Testimony

“We love Rooted because it brings people together from all walks of life, who are at all different stages of their journey with God. People come together as strangers and form a strong bond through sharing stories and growing in faith. Throughout the discipleship experience, we have seen strangers become friends, the quiet find their voice, and seen how incredible God’s word has spread.”

Baptism Testimonies

“This year was a true test—a challenging season, yet ultimately a great one. Amidst a long and painful family struggle, I felt God drawing closer. I felt a pull from Jesus that was impossible to ignore. I first reached out to my best friend since first grade on some advice. When he told me that his brother, my friend, and One Church Weare Outpost Pastor, Jason Coache, moved back to the area, the timing was undeniable. Over dinners and coffees, our conversations naturally deepened into faith. In the midst of my struggle, God powerfully got my attention in ways I can’t fully express. By November 2024, I was all in and chose to be baptized.

My new faith immediately became the lens through which I fought the battle of life. It became less about the challenges I was dealing with and more about what God was trying to tell me. Then I saw the impact my faith was having on those close to me. My daughter, Margot, often came to church with me, and through Kids Church, something truly special awakened in her. Amy Dodenhoff gave her a booklet on baptism, and Margot started teaching me as she went through it! It was an incredible role reversal. Soon, it just clicked for her.

The first weekend of November 2025, a year to the day just like her dad, Margot was baptized in Weare. This story is living proof that even in our deepest struggles, God is moving. He used a difficult battle to get my attention and, in doing so, proved He was in passionate pursuit of us both. The investment and love of this church made this dual-renewal possible! “

RESIDENCY

The One Church Residency Program has grown significantly, pouring into the next generation of ministry leaders. This past year, we celebrated the hard work and dedication of 17 residents, who have been invaluable in serving our church. Their handson contributions touched every area of ministry, from our dynamic Student and Children’s ministries to the powerful Worship and Production teams. They were instrumental in the successful launches of our Lakes Region and Weare Outposts, as well as our new Spanish service! We also expanded our vision with the launch of a new second-year residency track. We are thrilled to see these young leaders stepping into their God-given potential and helping to carry out the mission of One Church.

Residents

Over the Past 12 months

“During my residency, I had the unique opportunity to lead out in my ministry area of interest: Student Ministry. With staff support, I was able to take the lead on the Student Ministry and direct our summer camp experiences. This eventually led to a few students being baptized and saying yes to Jesus as Lord and Savior for the first time! I have had an amazing time connecting students to God, people, and the mission of Jesus—and I’ve had a lot of fun doing it!”
