Message from the Head of School

Dear Dusit Community,

We began Term 2 by welcoming 28 new students and opening a new Nursery class. It has been wonderful to see the new children settling into our school community, starting to build relationships with our staff and returning students.

Although the Christmas holidays were over and the decorations came down they were quickly replaced by an array of bright red paper lanterns in the front entrance and more colourful decorations in our big hall ready for the Lunar New Year celebrations.

10th Dusit Got Talent

13th - 17th Half Term Break

We had a wonderful celebration of Lunar New year at all levels in the school and the next few pages gives a glimpse of the many exciting and enjoyable activities parents and students took part in to welcome the year of the Rabbit!

22nd—24th Year 4 Residential

Thank you to those of you that joined us for the assembly led by Titan and Vinnie in Year 6. Well done to all of the performers from Reception to Year 6 and of course our thanks goes to Mrs Xin and Ms Zoe!

27th - 3rd Book Week

Thank you also to Sean and Kinlay who joined me in presenting the cheque for 312,000THB to Operation Smile. This money was raised by our Fun Day in November and will go towards at least 10 life changing surgeries.

The climax of the celebrations arrived at the football field where we were visited by the exciting Dragon Dance for the enjoyment of all. I hope that everyone had a fantastic day!
