If it’s newsworthy and you know about it, we’d like to know too!
On Sunday, January 31st approximately two hundred and fifty people attended the Kirwee Tree House’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The Centre is located on School Lane, in Kirwee and is a fully catered, purpose-built, architecturally designed facility, that co-owners Dee Wilson and Jessica Boyes have put a lot of thought and love into. They have created a place that as mothers, they would feel really comfortable taking their children, to have an amazing, stimulating, safe and enjoyable time. Families who had already enrolled, enjoyed the opportunity to meet teachers and others who will be attending. New enrolments were also taken on the day, with people extremely excited and enthusiastic about the Centre. The Preschool’s walls were beautifully decorated with artwork by students from Kirwee Model School. Their outdoor area is absolutely fabulous and will be thoroughly enjoyed by those attending. Children and adults loved sampling the items on the daily menu and lots of positive feedback was received. Guest speaker, Murray Wilson talked about the history of the land, including how he used to ride his pony to school across the very land that the Centre is built on. Prior to cutting the ribbon he mentioned how glad he is, to see the area being used for early education.
