Tickets are selling fast to the upcoming ‘Sons of a Bitch & Mel Parsons’ wool shed shows across the Selwyn district. Event co-organiser Mel Parsons, is encouraging anyone who is thinking of coming along to book now as some wool sheds are very close to capacity already. The wool shed shows have become something of an institution in the rural community, and starting at Windwhistle Quartz Hill Station on March 30th, the well known and loved entertainment team will be bringing fun and laughter to wool sheds right around the South Island. The show will make its way to Springfield (Brooksdale) on April 29th, and finish up in the Rakaia Gorge (Snowdon Station) on May 1st. Local schools will be running fundraising barbecue dinners at each show - with Springfield School raising funds at
