Local teenager Seth Clark is off to Spain for a three month stint with CF Cracks Academy (CF Cracks is a football training academy and club that also plays in the local football league in Valencia Spain and is a feeder club to numerous professional clubs). Seth hopes to improve his football skills and realise his dream of playing football professionally. Fifteen year old Seth, previously attended the Academy for two months in 2015 and is excited about the opportunity of
returning to Spain and training under the guidance of their prestigious coaching staff. "I couldn't have got this far without the help of Mum and Dad, they have sacrificed a lot and I owe them heaps." Seth said. Seth who lives in Darfield and plays football in Christchurch for FC Twenty 11, has also represented Selwyn in age grade tournaments. "We are excited for him and are looking forward to watching his progress while he is away."
