The Tara Marshall Dance and Fitness Studio welcomed family and friends to their annual, end of year show, held at Villa Maria College, Christchurch. The Show, held on December 13th was an outstanding success with an audience of around 280 attending. There were over one hundred dancers involved in the event and as always, the dancers thoroughly enjoyed performing in the show that they work so hard toward. This was especially true for the very excited little ones who had their first time on stage. Students showcased dancing in jazz, hip hop and contemporary styles and they ranged from the age of three years up to advanced students. Continued on page 12....
Pictured: Overall Excellence in Dance: Neve Molloy. “I've watched this young lady work hard in class from day one this year. Her improvement is huge, her work ethic in and out of the studio is fantastic, she has an awesome stage personality along with a great attitude, and I'm really delighted to award the Overall Excellence in Dance Award along with an unlimited pass to term 1 classes to Neve, Tara enthused about her student.
