LOCAL PT HEADS ABROAD FOR A GOOD CAUSE

Local personal trainer, Jacinda Tibble Jacinda Tibble Jacinda Tibble Jacinda Tibble, will be heading to Northern India in April to support feeding those in severe need. Carrying supplies, ready to put in the hard work, she will be volunteering at Baba’s Feed Project, which delivers food kits and essential survival items to families living in the slums and brick kilns throughout Haryana/Rajasthan. Baba's Feed Project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping feed families in developing countries. It was co-founded in May 2020, after a trip to India was cut short by Covid-19 by local Kowai Bush resident and Biz Support Owner, Billiejean Rouse Billiejean Rouse Billiejean Rouse Billiejean Rouse (Founder and Director). She helped begin the project in response to the urgent need to serve the poorest of the poor, who were faced with the economic shutdown and the inability to work and provide for their families. With Pintu Kumar Pintu Kumar Pintu Kumar Pintu Kumar (Founder and Operations) on the ground and Founders in New Zealand (Billiejean and Chris Whitehead Chris Whitehead Chris Whitehead Chris Whitehead, Founder and Marketing) and the United States (Lauren Jayne Lauren Jayne Lauren Jayne Lauren Jayne, Founder and Director) ready to help, the team found themselves to be in the perfect position, with the perfect team, to really make a di erence. This non-profit organisation has delivered more than 923,400 meals and has helped more than 6,156 families provide the basics for their children. Jacinda PT heads off to India in April Jacinda became passionate about Baba’s Feed to help the Baba’s Feed Project.

Project after learning it was founded by a local and with having two boys of her own, she resonated with the struggle of the young in these horrific conditions with no way out and felt compelled to be part of the change.
