Malvern College School Uniform
Our approach to school uniform and sports kit
Pupils should wear the Malvern uniform and sports kit with a sense of pride and feeling of belonging to our community, whilst being comfortable in what they are wearing. All pupils can choose either a male or female cut in all items and we encourage our pupils to select a fit that suits them.
School Uniform: Schoolblazer
The school uniform is supplied by and ordered from Schoolblazer, an online specialist uniform provider.
To order, please visit their website www.schoolblazer.com and select Malvern College, to create your account.
• Schoolblazer is an online retail specialist, allowing parents to order anytime and from anywhere at their convenience.
• All garments arrive fully name-tagged utilising permanent printed tags. The tags are sewn on at no extra cost, although the company does charge a nominal cost for the tags.
• The website page is bespoke to Malvern College and will ensure that parents purchase appropriate uniform items for their children.
• The website has an ‘Intelligent Sizing’ system to guide parents in size selection to help ensure garments fit first time. On registration, you will be required to input a few simple measurements and the system will suggest the correct size for your child and will even tell you how the next size up will fit.
• Uniform is delivered within the UK via DPD, with a normal turn-around of 1-2 days for name-tagged garments, but a firm promise of all deliveries within 3 working days. Urgent garments which do not require name-tagging can be shipped in 24 hours on a Fastrack service.
• Delivery within the UK is free for purchases over £150.
• Schoolblazer offers free 120-day online returns. Your replacement item will be despatched to you as soon as you notify Schoolblazer of your return. This minimises waiting time and replacement items arrive name-taped.
Who is the school uniform for?
Sixth Form pupils will continue to wear their own suits – please see pupil dress regulations for Sixth Form.
It is compulsory for all other year groups: The Foundation Year, Remove, Hundred and Pre-Sixth to wear the Malvern College uniform from Schoolblazer.
How to order
This link, https://www.schoolblazer.com/how-to-shop helps explain how the shopping and ordering process works and covers a range of FAQs.
• Families are strongly recommended to order uniform in plenty of time for the new school year.
• UK families should have uniform delivered to their home address (and not direct to the College).
• If you are not sure about sizing, please consider ordering two items and send one back.
• Overseas pupils may have their items delivered to their home, or if time does not allow, they may order and have their items sent direct to their boarding house (to be collected when they arrive for the start of school).
• Please note that there will be no spare new uniform garments at the College and so it is important that uniform items are ordered and exchanged, where necessary, before the start of term.
