Safe and Simple Travel
From airport to campus, your child is expertly cared for every step of the journey.
Travel is often the biggest concern for parents. At Malvern College Summer School, everything is thoughtfully designed to make your child’s journey safe, straightforward, and completely stress-free.
Airport Transfers
We provide a warm meet and greet service at London Heathrow and Birmingham Airport on official arrival and departure days.
Staff are clearly visible, ready to welcome your child, and travel with them to campus by private coach or minibus.
Transfers from other airports and for flights outside standard hours can also be arranged at an additional cost.
Unaccompanied Minors are completely supported by our specially trained staff.
Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals take place on Sundays, with a warm welcome on campus from friendly house staff.
Departures are on Sundays, with staff ensuring every child is safely checked in for their flight.
Parents are welcome to bring children directly to campus if they prefer - we are always delighted to meet families in person.

Malvern College sits in the heart of England, surrounded by beautiful countryside but excellently connected to major cities. Direct train links take you from nearby Great Malvern or Worcester Parkway to London Paddington in just over two hours.

Course Dates
Malvern College Summer School runs from Sunday 5th July to Sunday 2nd August 2026.
» Arrivals and Departures: Every Sunday
» Minimum stay: 2 weeks, or 1 week if arriving 5th or 26th July
Course fees
£2,195 per week (inc. VAT)
All teaching, accommodation, meals, trips, and activities are included*.
» Deposit: £500 due at registration to secure your child’s place.
» Balance: Remaining payment due by 1st June 2026.
*London trip not included for the 1 week option; however, they will take a local excursion on the Saturday.
Early booking is recommended to guarantee your child’s place on their preferred modules and dates.
