Prep School Events Calendar 2026-27

Tomorrow’s role models, shaped today.

As Head of Admissions, I'm delighted to welcome you to our Prep School Engagement Programme, created for children in Years 5–8 and their families to experience life at Malvern College. We believe that choosing the right senior school should be a considered and unhurried journey, with opportunities to explore, ask questions and build genuine connections along the way. Through experiences such as Discovery Day and Adventure Day, children can embrace new challenges, demonstrate the qualities we value and enjoy memorable experiences with their peers. Whether families are beginning to consider senior school or simply getting to know our community, we hope this programme offers a warm and authentic introduction to Malvern College. Yours,

Year 6 Explorer Day

Critical thinking for Geographers

CCF & Outdoor Education Adventure

• Monday 22nd February

• Monday 7th June

This event will make you think about the world we live in. Why do some people and places thrive, and others not? Throughout the sessions, pupils will work collaboratively to ‘experience’ these differences. By the end of the day, everybody will be looking at the world through a different lens.

A day of adventure and discovery combining CCF and Outdoor Education. Aims to inspire resilience, initiative, and collaboration. Activities like camouflaging, fire-making, shelter-building, and wide games, encourages pupils to step outside their comfort zones while having fun.

Pupils are invited to attend these days individually. Families book directly with our Admissions Team. Prep schools can send their whole year cohort.
