MALTHOUSE THEATRE BLOOD WEDDING PROMOTION Full Terms & Conditions 1.

Information on how to enter this promotion and the prizes to be won forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions to be valid.

2.

Entry is only open to residents of Victoria who are aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter and any of its agencies, suppliers or contractors associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3.

This promotion commences at 9am AEST on 25 June 2012 and ends at 8pm AEST on 28 July 2012 ("Promotional Period").

4.

To enter, purchase, during the Promotional Period, at least one ticket to a performance of Blood Wedding scheduled between 21 July 2012 and 28 July 2012 (inclusive) at the Malthouse Theatre by either: (a)

purchasing the ticket online via the "Buy Tickets" section of www.malthousetheatre.com.au and entering the code WEDDING in the "Promotion Code" field; or

(b)

purchasing the ticket from the Malthouse Theatre box office, either in person or over the phone, and stating the code WEDDING.

5.

Limit of one entry per person per performance (no matter how many tickets are purchased by that person for that performance).

6.

All entries must be received before the end of the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be made at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not the time of posting or transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected, illegible or unintelligible entries.

7.

There is a total of 5 prizes to be won. A prize draw will take place at 12pm on 1 August 2012 at Malthouse Theatre, 113 Sturt Street, Southbank VIC 3006, and will be conducted as follows: (a)

the first valid entry randomly drawn will win a Georg Jensen Maria Cutlery Set (RRP AU$595) and a copy of the cookbook MoVida Rustica: Spanish Traditions and Recipes (RRP AU$60) ("Major Prize");

(b)

the second valid entry randomly drawn will win a copy of the cookbook MoVida Cocina (RRP AU$50);

(c)

the third valid entry randomly drawn will win a copy of the cookbook MoVida Spanish Culinary Adventures (RRP $45) ;

(d)

the fourth valid entry randomly drawn will win a copy of the cookbook MoVida’s Guide to Barcelona (RRP $33) ; and

(e)

the fifth valid entry randomly drawn will win a copy of the cookbook MoVida’s Guide to Barcelona (RRP AU$33).

8.

The stated value of each prize is provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing. If any of the prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

9.

The winners will be notified by mail as well as by telephone, and the name of the winner of the Major Prize will be published in The Age on August 7. The names of all other winners will be published on the Malthouse Theatre Facebook page on 7 August 2012.

10.

The Promoter will deliver the prizes to the winners within 28 days after the draw.

11.

The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. All taxes (excluding GST) that may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12.

Any costs associated with accessing www.malthousetheatre.com.au or the Malthouse Theatre box office by telephone are the responsibility of the entrant and are dependant on the Internet and telephone service providers used.

13.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any entry or any information provided by an entrant (including his or her age, identity, residential address and any other information relevant to entry into, or participation in, this promotion).

Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in manipulating, interfering or tampering in any way with this promotion. Entries made with contact details entered incorrectly may be deemed invalid.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the control of the Promoter); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in this promotion; or (g) a winner taking or using a prize.

15.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the control of the Promoter which affect the proper conduct or administration of this promotion, or prevent the awarding of a prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. If such event occurs, the

Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

16.

The Promoter is not responsible for any Internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone networks or lines, computer or online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, including but not limited to any damage to the computer of any entrant or other person related to participation in this promotion.

17.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using his or her name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that he or she is a winner (including photograph, film and/or sound recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services supplied by the Promoter.

18.

The Promoter collects your personal information when you enter this competition. All personal information provided by entrants in relation to this promotion will be held at the offices of the Promoter. Entrants have the right to access, update or correct any personal information being held by the Promoter, by directing that request to the office of the Promoter. All personal information collected will be subject to the Privacy Policy of the Promoter, available at www.malthousetheatre.com.au/managed_code/uploads/Privacy%20Policy.pdf.

By entering this promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter entering the information provided by that entrant into one or more of its databases, and sharing this information with Georg Jensen and MoVida and any agency or contractor associated with this promotion.

Georg Jensen, MoVida, the Promoter and its agencies and contractors may use this information for the conduct of this promotion and in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes of the Promoter, Georg Jensen or MoVida including in relation to the brands and products of the Promoter, Georg Jensen or MoVida, without any further payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter may disclose the information an entrant submits, including personal details, to its contractors, related companies, Georg Jensen and MoVida, and may authorise them to use such information for similar uses. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
