”The project proposes to access the restricted pockets of nature through an extension of the Danish Nature Conservation Law. The framework state the implementation of various markers in the restricted landscape that plays on the concept of light as a tool of establishing twenty-four-hours of access through the sites’ temporalities. The protocols aim to instigating a Danish variant of the Right-to-Roam, guiding the visitors through the natural environment. Thereby, creating a temporally active landscape through a network of interventions, within an otherwise inaccessible land.”

”The project promotes a world were humans dominate the skyline, to let the ground heal. Elevating the visitors to create a temporary alternative for the fragile landscape of the fjords. Through the guidelines of ecotourism, participants engage in a zipline course across Nærøy- and Aurlandsfjorden, experiencing the sublime nature it has to offer from a bird’s-eye view, whilst being educated on how to inhabit the woods without leaving a trace. Just like a bird’s nest, the stations stand as pleated resting platforms, were species are welcome to enter and inhabit. Prioritising a harmonious integration with the surrounding natural environment while maintaining the site’s adventurous quality.”
