RED FELDMAN, after his 35th year working in the Malden Public School System, is happy to announce that he is retiring this year. A Class of 1967 graduate of MHS, Feldman is proud to have attended the 151 year-old school. Feldman taught math from 19741982, at the Lincoln Junior High

Photos from Ms. Kumar School. After that he taught math at MHS until 1989, then for a year he worked at the Beebe School as an assistant principal. In 1990 he was an assistant principal at the Malden Middle School. Then he returned to MHS in 1992 once again, as a math teacher. He has been an assistant principal since 1993; he became assistant principal of the Boyle House in September of 2001. “I have a real
high degree of satisfaction from my experience of Malden High School going into retirement,” stated Feldman. Feldman is excited to retire, having worked every summer and almost never calling in sick. He hopes to reconnect with his love for horses. “I always enjoyed riding horses.” When he

N A GLOOMY MONDAY morning, nobody expected this “tragic” event to happen. At exactly 8:55 A.M. on May 18, 2009, several Malden High School students were
