With that in mind, the main process of the work has abstractly inspired the spatial organization and ordering system of the design

Before Planting Sprouting Reaping the Reward

From a Cambodian’s farmer perspective

"We were thinking what if we can turn the process of rice cultivation into Designing concept. And yes and that is what we did, turning what our Cambodian people have been doing for years, rice farming, into our design concept, spatial organization, and spatial experience. Our overall design revolves around the concept of local Cambodian farmers’ experience as they go through every step of rice cultivation work; from before planting period(ភ្ជួររា៉ស់សាបពួស), to sprouting period(ស្ទូង), to finally reaping reward time(ចូតកាត់បោកសូវ កិនសូវ)."
