WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY? The minimum order quantity varies by product, and we only accept orders for full case quantities. Please contact your Sales Representative for more information.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? Changes must be confirmed in writing and will impact shipping time. Changed orders will not be guaranteed to ship as originally scheduled.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TAKE? Foam Insulated and Premium Series: Normal production time is 10-15 working days from receipt of order and art approval.

Easy Traveler Series: Normal production time is 4-6 weeks from receipt of order and art approval.

For an order to be considered ready for production we must have the following information to proceed: purchase order number, billing address, item number, description, color(s), quantity, ship date requested, shipping method, ship-to address and any other special instructions. If placing an exact reorder, please note that referring to the previous purchase order will help expedite your order. Custom colors require longer lead times and different minimum order quantities. Please contact your Sales Representative for further details.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT? For existing accounts and repeat orders, payment is net 30 days.

New customers are subject to a cash advance, including estimated freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made, and the order will be processed once payment is received. Credit terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER? Cancellations must be received in writing and cannot be accepted once production begins.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? FOB: we will ship using the best method, unless specified differently on the purchase order, from Dallas, Texas, prepaid and added to the invoice. C.O.D. is not available. Additionally, your order may incur a $6.00 per pallet charge. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? If you are unsatisfied with your order or the product is defective, please contact Customer Care at 800.635.5559. Merchandise may only be returned with authorization and must have an RGA number provided by our company. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Claims must be received within 7 days of invoice date.

WHAT IS THE PROPER CARE FOR MY PRODUCT(S)?

Hand wash all drinkware with mild detergent prior to first use.

We recommend that you do not place any stainless steel products in the dishwasher or microwave. To reduce fading and ensure longer imprint life, avoid harsh detergents, rinse agents and commercial dishwashers.
