Focus on Credit Factors, Not Credit Scores

Y

ou should want to know your credit score. After all, your credit can be incredibly important to your financial future. It could impact your likelihood of getting approved for a loan and the interest rate you’ll get on new financial products. However, understanding the factors that influence your credit score can be even more important than knowing the score itself.

There are five key factors that influence your credit scores. Fair Isaac Corporation’s FICO credit scores are used for most lending decisions in the U.S., and the latest FICO base scoring model has a 300 to 850 range. The score depends on the information in a person’s credit report, and the lower the score the more likely the person is to pay late.

Past credit mistakes can

stay on your reports for seven to 10 years. While the impact of negative marks diminishes over time, the credit-building process can be slow. However, just as a rising tide lifts all boats, improving your core credit factors could help raise all your scores over time.

FICO shares the five key factors that you should focus on to build healthy credit and the approximate weighting of each.

1. Payment history – 35 percent. A history of on-time payments can help your credit, while late payments, collection accounts, bankruptcies or other negative payment-related items could hurt it.

Some types of accounts, such as utility or mobile phone contracts, don’t generally report positive activity (on-time payments) to credit bureaus.

But if the account gets sent to

collections, that could still hurt your credit.

You might want to open an account that reports your payments to the credit bureaus if you don’t already have one (you can call the issuer and ask). Some people start with a secured credit card or a credit-builder loan from a credit union, but consider what type of account best fits your situation.

2. Amounts owed – 30 percent. The amount you owe versus your available credit, known as your utilization rate, is another important factor.

A lower utilization rate often leads to better credit.

If you’re able to pay down credit card debt, that could quickly improve your utilization rate. Increasing your cards’ credit limits and keeping credit cards open even when you

don’t regularly use them could also help.

3. Length of credit history – 15 percent. FICO looks at the age of your oldest account, newest account and average age of all your accounts. A longer history is usually better than a short one.

Keeping accounts open, and ideally in good standing, can help you increase your length of credit history. Even when you close an account it will remain on your reports and count towards your credit history for seven to 10 years.

4. New credit – 10 percent. The new credit section considers how many new accounts you have, what types of accounts they are and recent inquiries into your credit.

Hard inquiries generally occur when someone requests your credit report to make

a lending decision or rental screening. A single inquiry will generally drop your score by a few points for several months, while multiple inquiries could have a larger negative impact.

However, credit-scoring agencies let you shop for a loan without a penalty. Multiple hard inquiries for some types of loans, such as auto loans, could count as a single inquiry for credit-scoring purposes if they occur within a 14- to 45-day period.

Soft inquiry, which can happen when you check your credit or a company pre-qualifies you for an offer, don’t hurt your credit at all.

Try not to open new accounts unless you need them and avoid new hard inquiries in the months leading up to applying for an important loan.

5. Credit mix –10 percent.

Your experience with different types of credit, such as revolving credit and installment loans, could impact your score, particularly if there isn’t a lot of information in your credit report.

Having at least one credit card could help your credit mix, although that’s not necessarily reason enough to apply for a card.

Bottom line: Learn which factors matter the most to your credit scores, and try to make a habit of practicing credit-building behavior. Creating a system that’ll help you make on-time payments and only using a small portion of your available credit are good starts.

Harlem Holiday Windows is an initiative to stimulate cultural and community activity and promote tourism in Harlem during the holidays. The program is presented by Jacqueline Orange’s ArtCrawl Harlem with curator OmoMisha. It is funded by the Frederick Douglass Boulevard Alliance (FDBA), the Harlem Tourism Board (HTB) and is in partnership with Harlem Park-toPark(HP2P) in an effort to benefit businesses, property owners, and residents, foster tourism and showcase the vibrant neighborhood. The unique holiday celebration is expected to draw

hundreds of visitors to Harlem and participating sites along Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

The FIT students will create holiday-themed scenes from the Harlem Renaissance period (1910-1940). The period was defined by the artistic, literary and political activism of Harlem’s large African American community. From Jazz and historical references, to dance, fashion and prohibition scenes, the window designs will offer both an educational and festive holiday experience as an alternative city option for window watching.

ove over Fifth Avenue, Harlem is getting in the holiday windows game, and it’s all about the history. Spanning the corridor of Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 114th and the 122nd streets, eight businesses will display windows designed and executed by fifteen students from Fashion Institute of Technology’s (FIT) Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design (VPED) BFA program. The window displays will depict holiday-themed scenes from the Harlem Renaissance.

The windows will be on view from November 30 to January 2. Visitors are invited to stroll through the historic neighborhood throughout the holidays and enjoy the window displays, while learning a bit of Harlem’s rich history. To kick off the season, a free window tour will be held on December 3rd by ArtCrawl Harlem, Inc. The tour will feature live storytellers and vignettes with actors and performers bringing the windows to life. The family friendly outing will also include free children’s activity and coloring books, highlighting historical themes of the period, and refreshments from some of the participating restaurants. This unique approach to presenting holiday windows offers an interesting alterna-

TRUMP WINS, BUT A RECORD NUMBER OF AFRICAN AMERICANS WILL NOW SERVE IN CONGRESS

eality star billionaire Donald Trump won the presidency in shocking fashion, but African American candidates also made history on November 8.

There will be a record number of African Americans in Congress during the time Trump is in the White House. That number will rise from 48 to 52. There have never been more African Americans elected to Congress in American history.

Kamala Harris of California will be the second African American woman to serve in the U.S. Senate.

Former Maryland Lt. Governor Anthony Brown will serve in the U.S. House of Representatives. Both Republicans in the House, Mia Love (R-Utah) and Will Hurd (R-Texas) won re-election, as did the only Black Republican in the Senate, Tim Scott (R-S.C.).

ginia State Senator Don McEachin was elected to the House in a newly configured seat in Virginia that covers Richmond.

Though there will be more African American members serving in Congress, the dilemma they find themselves in is obvious: All but three are Democrats who will be serving in the minority in the House and Senate.

Being a member of the minority party in the House is one of the most powerless positions in Congress. It’s the majority that sets the agenda, the hearing schedules, the floor schedule and when the Congress will be in recess.

The Senate is different.

The two African American Democrats who will serve next year, Senator-elect Harris and Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) could have some opportunities to influence the agenda moving forward. The Senate will be a narrower 52-48, and the rules allow for some disruption from members of the minority party.

But it won’t be easy.

Currently members of the Democratic leadership in both the House and the Senate are in a period stunned silence and are not even harping on the fact that Hillary Clinton won more votes than Trump and therefore no Trump has no real mandate.

The Democratic Party in recent years has not been anywhere as militant as the rightwing, who created the so-called Tea Party movement and the “alt-right” to deal with the growing influence of African Americans and Latinos at the ballot box.

Democrats in Congress are primed for a new set of younger leaders to take the place of those who are in their mid-70s and who

have failed strategically to win over voters in a country where Democrats are in the majority.

That the Democrats had two candidates over the age of 68 running for the presidency as Republicans fielded a candidate in his mid-40s is a sign it’s time for younger and more dynamic leadership on the left side of the aisle. One of those young leaders could come out of the Congressional Black Caucus, who is soon to elect a new caucus chair.

here is only one month left in the year. For prospective home buyers, if you have started the process, you can still make homeownership a reality. You must have already received a pre-approval, been actively searching for affordable property, and started making some serious offers.

The housing market is still very competitive and you must be ready to make an offer whenever affordable properties become available. But here are some things to keep in mind as we begin to close out this year: Keep your focus to become a homeowner. If you miss your target date of 2016, understand that will happen sometimes.

But do not get discouraged.

Continue to remain positive and

push forward. Every day will bring you closer to your goal.

Begin to calculate a new projected purchase date aiming at the first few months of 2017.

Stay in close contact with your real estate agent and your loan officer because new units are coming on the market all the time. The market has remained extremely competitive and there is no indication of it slowing down any time soon. You must be ready to see a unit and make an offer at a moment’s notice.

Maintain your monthly household budget and continue to aggressively save as much money as possible. This can be quite difficult to accomplish over the holiday season and will require a great deal of discipline and dedication on your

part. You are getting very close to completing your goal. This fact should serve as additional motivation for you to continue your quest of becoming a new homeowner.

Show restraint in shopping during the holiday season.

Eliminate wasteful spending by tracking all expenses. When possible, make your purchases with cash and stay within your budget. If you must use a credit card, plan to pay off the outstanding balance within the grace period.

Ashley Farmer is recovering the story of New York’s Mae Mallory, including her courageous fight for freedom from the Harlem Nine to the Monroe self-defense movement. Joseph Fitzgerald is recovering the story of New York’s Gloria Richardson from the militant Cambridge Movement in Maryland to her alliance with Malcolm X, Dick Gregory and Jesse Gray in ACT. If Mae Mallory was a two-fisted fighter when the police attacked the Patrice Lumumba protest at the United Nations, then Malcolm X identified Gloria Richardson as the paradigm for the Grassroots in the Black Revolution. FILM REVIEW: ALMOST CHRISTMAS

W

atching this humorous film is like getting a funny greeting card that makes you laugh as it warms your heart. This ode to the joy and angst people feel as their family reconvenes for the certain chaos, gluttony and joy during Christmas, is a nice way to start the holiday season. It’s a very entertaining stocking stuffer. It’s comic relief.

Under writer/director David E. Talbert’s (“First Sunday”) guidance you know there will be equal doses of merriment and inspirational message. Toss in producer Will Packer’s (“Think Like a Man”) sensibility and you can pile on the silliness and bawdy humor.

What’s on view is a raucous comedy that feels almost TV sit-comish. It’s seasoned with enough soap opera-ish drama to make you laugh at the characters and be astonished by their mischievous schemes.

Walter Meyers (Danny Glover, “The Color Purple”), the successful owner of several auto repair shops, eagerly awaits the arrival of his four adult offspring and their extended families back to the Atlanta home they grew up in.

He looks forward to their smiling faces, is somewhat saddened that his deceased wife Grace won’t be there and is frankly wondering if his kids can set aside their differences for five days so they can enjoy the holidays. Fat chance.

His youngest daughter Rachel (Gabrielle Union, “The Birth of a Nation”), a perpetual law student who is low on funds, brings her young daughter and the grudge she bears for her older, far more successful sister Cheryl (Kimberly Elise, “For Colored Girls”), who is a dental surgeon. Big sis is coming with her flaky, conceited, retired basketball player husband with wandering eyes, Lonnie (JB

Smooth, “Top Five”).

Christian (Romany Malco, “Think Like a Man”), the oldest son is running for Congress and no one knows if he can forget campaigning long enough to focus on the family. His wife Sonya (Nicole Ari Parker, “Murder in the First”) is skeptical. Evan (Jessie T. Usher, “Independence Day: Resurgence”), the baby of the family and a popular football player, is just getting off the disabled list (DL) and has a jones for painkillers, unbeknownst to the rest of the clan.

And if that isn’t enough spice in the house, Malachi (Omar Epps, “Love and Basketball”), Rachel’s old high school fling and neighbor, is hot on her tail. Alan, (John Michael Higgins, “Pitch Perfect”), Christian’s campaign manager is working on a gentrification scheme that’s in conflict with the downtown area that’s

home to a shelter where Walter’s wife worked. Evan’s old friend Eric (DC Young Fly, “Hollywood Hearts”) is supplying him with drugs. And he’s also hitting on Evan’s saucy Aunt May (Mo’Nique, “Precious”), an aging backup singer. She claims: “I got vibrators older than that child!”

And to add a bit of hot pepper to the mix, Aunt May, played with verve by scene-stealer Mo’Nique, adds just enough naughty humor to please adults and warrant an MPAA PG-13 rating. As she walks into Walter’s house, May says to her brother-in-law: “Where’s the liquor? I hope it ain’t that dark liquor, because that dark liquor will make a bitch want to fight.”

The second coup is having Mo’Nique spice up Aunt May to the point that you’re belly laughing even before she opens her mouth. And for those who wonder

if she really deserved her Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in the film “Precious,” wait until you see final scenes when it is just her and Danny Glover at the dining room table talking about the sweet potato pie her sister used to make. It’s a treasured moment.

If you’re looking for Shakespeare, try another theater. If you want a good stick-to-your-ribs family comedy that will make you

chuckle and forget your troubles, pull up a chair and sit down. The spirit of the holiday season is in the house.

n Monday, November 21, 2016, the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre on W 95th Street was the home to the 44th Annual AUDELCO “VIV” Awards that recognize excellence in Black Theatre.

The evening was absolutely wonderful as the Black Theatre family came together to honor their own.

“Maurice Hines Tappin’ Thru Life” presented

by New World Stages received four VIV Awards for musical production of the year; choreography—Maurice Hines, along with outstanding performance in a musical-male and director/ musical production—Jeff Calhoun. “Skeleton Crew,” a play that looks at the issues

that factory workers have in a caring and compassionate way, won dramatic production of the year; director/ dramatic production—Ruben Santiago Hudson and playwright Dominique Morisseau. Best ensemble performance was given to “Dead and Breathing” from

the National Black Theatre.

“Head of Passes” from the Public Theatre received supporting actress for Alana Arenas and set design for G.W. Mercier. “Macbeth” from Classical Theatre of Harlem won the VIV for lighting design for Alan C. Edwards and costume

New Federal Theatre’s production of “In White America” won for best revival. The lead actress VIV went to Marjorie Johnson for her endearing portrayal of Dot, a character from the play of the same name, written by Colman Domingo.

The play looks at a woman suffering from Alzheimer’s.

The VIV for lead actor was given to Joe Morton for his portrayal of Dick Gregory in “Turn Me Loose”.

The VIV for solo performance was won by Reginald L. Wilson for his dynamic portrayal of boxer Sugar Ray Leonard in “Sugar Ray” penned by Laurence Holder.

Outstanding performance in a musical-female was given to Tina Fabrique for her work in “The First Noel.” Kim Sullivan received the VIV for supporting actor for his performance in “The Piano Lesson.” Obadiah Eaves and Sten Severson won the VIV for sound design for “The Total Bent,” out of the Public Theatre.

The AUDELCO Awards were co-hosted by theatre veteran, dancer, choreographer and head of the

Faison Firehouse, George Faison, gifted recording artist Alyson Williams and composer and music director Kenny Seymour. This year’s awards also honored a director with a 50-year history in theatre, Walter Dallas. A special pioneer award went to Charles Weldon, the artistic director of the Negro Ensemble Company. Take Wing and Soar Productions founder Debra Ann Byrd was honored with a special VIV Award for her performance as Othello in an all-female production of the classic play.

Shawn Luckey received the special achievement award, as an actor, writer, producer and co-founder of Diversity Players of Harlem. A special achievement award was given to director Jeffrey V. Thompson. A Board of Di-

rectors award was presented to Karen Allen Baxter, the managing director of the department of Africana Studies/Rites and Reason Theatre, Brown University.

She is a producer and former executive director of the Frank Silvera Writers Workshop. Vivian Bonnie Wright, founder of Afrikan Women’s Repertory Company and author of 300 plays, received the Board of Directors Award for her scope of work. The Rising Star award was given to Shahadi Wright Joseph, who has starred in “The Lion King” and “School of Rock” on Broadway. She will also be seen in “Hairspray Live.”

The 44th Annual VIV Award had a delightful, important moment when its president Grace Jones was honored with an enormous bouquet of flowers, a song tribute of “Here’s to Life” performed by Rome Neal and a poem capturing Ms. Jones’ value as the head of this incredible organization.

For several hours the community came to both Jacobs locations and carried out their Thanksgiving turkey and trimmings along with the food that Jacobs features every day. Rachid is blessed to have dozens of volunteers who are there to help make the process a smooth one and especially to help the elderly and disabled. Princess Jenkins of the Brownstone and her family have volunteered to serve food for several years now.

The Harlem Cultural Archives and The Northside Center for Child Development presented “The Lasting Legacies of Dr. Kenneth B. Clark and Dr. Mamie Phipps Clark

H

arlem Cultural Archives and Northside Center for Child Development recognized the numerous accomplishments of renowned psychologists and civil rights activists Drs. Kenneth B. & Mamie Phipps Clark in the form of a panel discussion on November 12, 2016, from 1-4 p.m. at the Great Hall (in Shepard Hall) of the City College of New York, 160 Convent Avenue, New York, New York 10031. The event was open to the public and was well attended by students from CCNY, community members and other dignitaries including former Mayor Dinkins who shared his memories of the Clarks.

The Clarks were the first African-Americans to obtain their doctoral degrees in psychology from Columbia University.

Kenneth B. Clark was the first African-American tenured full professor at the City College of New York, the first African-American to be president of American Psychological Association and the first African-American appointed to the New York State Board of Regents.

The Clarks founded Northside Center for Child Development in 1946. This was the first full-time child guidance center offering psychological and casework services to families in the Harlem area. There they also continued conducting

experiments on racial biases in education. The Clarks were influential to the Civil Rights movement and their expertise allowed them to testify as expert witnesses in several school desegregation cases, including Brown vs. Board of Education in 1954. Their legendary BlackWhite Doll which was viewed as vital to the Brown vs. Board of Education decision.

The panel discussion focused on youth...then and now.

As Northside continues to provide services to “high risk “youth through its Juvenile Justice program and mental health services, the purpose of the conference is to engage the community and student audience in a discussion regarding the needs

of today’s young people.

Glenn Hunter, Co-Founder of Harlem Cultural Archives noted that the Clarks were inspiring figures and Harlem Cultural Archives, which is devoted to capturing and preserving history, was delighted to partner with Northside on this important event.

Cosmic Consciousness

osmic consciousness is a state of being when the mind taps into the energy source that is the foundation of all things in our universe. ith my most favorite herb MULLEIN, you can use its various parts medicinally: the root, leaf, flower and flower stalk resin.

The oil of the flowers is specific for ear infections; the leaves are specific for lung and respiratory and digestive ailments; and the stalk and roots for bone injuries.

I use the salve, poultice, infusion or tincture in any case of broken bones, sprained joints, arthritis, and chronic joint pain.

The flower provides a sense of calm, peaceful well-being and is partic-

ularly indicated where severe pain is causing a sense of darkness, depression or hopelessness.

The flower is the strongest relaxant nervine, but both the root and leaf also have noticeable relaxant qualities, although they effect different people to varying degrees.

Both flower and root can be useful in the treatment of nerve damage or pain that directly stem from or relate to a broken bone (with comfrey root) or misaligned joint, such as many cases of sciatica. I usually combine it with a more directly nerve associated herb like Skullcap or

The dinner that I prepared was different, I substituted Cornish hens for turkey and canned green beans instead of fresh snapped beans, a purchased sweet potato pie for home made . . . and a new memory was created, along with the story of how my parents sat out Thanksgiving! We still laugh about it. If you have been cooking year after year, eat out or let another family member show off his or her culinary skills.

Then there is shopping. There are those of us who shop all year long and then there are those that love adding themselves to the crush of holiday shoppers.

Last minute sales and staying up all night to wrap presents are tradition to some, but if it means being tired and cranky Christmas morning then why hold on to that? If traditionally you have a holiday party at your house for fifty people, why not have it every other year instead? I could go on and on citing examples of potentially stressful situations we encounter each year; but instead

I’ll leave it up to you to identify your own areas, or if the pressure is real or self-imposed.

Why start the New Year frazzled? Give yourself a break and take time to think of the possibilities that lie ahead. Enjoy reconnecting and celebrating with family and friends. Food and meal preparation is another area of potential stress. I can remember waking up one Thanksgiving morning expecting to smell the scent of the turkey, stuffing, cakes and pies in the air. Well, I ran downstairs to see what was up. My father sat reading the newspaper and my mom was reading a book. When I asked about dinner, they told me that they decided not to cook this year! How dare they, I thought; parents always cook holiday dinners. They hadn’t even bought the makings for dinner. I panicked and after I got over it, I took matters into my own hands and rushed out to buy everything so that I could have Thanksgiving dinner as I remembered it.

It was a good thing too, because it was a first for me and my parents were impressed with all that I learned from them each year just hanging out in the kitchen when they cooked. Me too.

But what I learned from that experience was that sometimes people take

The churches gave out turkey, chicken and produce to thousands of New Yorkers. Most notably was Union Grove Baptist Church in the Bronx. They gave out 1,400 turkeys and food boxes to the community. St. Matthew’s Baptist Church gave out baskets of food. First Baptist Church joined with Jacob Restaurant in giving out food.

The Thanksgiving radio broadcast of the 3G Experience was a memorable and remarkable event. The numerous calls from listeners from across the country were highlighted by the pastoral calls. Rev. Calvin G. Sampson, Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church gave us a Thanksgiving message that educated, enlightened and encouraged all who heard him. Rev. Lee Crawford, Pastor of Day Spring Baptist Church added further fuel to the spiritual fire of the morning. Rev. Al Taylor, Pastor of The Infinity Church inspired us even further. The Men of the ManUp Movement called in with

a Thanksgiving prayer from their prayer-walk in the housing projects. My friend Rev. Joseph T. Bright, Jr., Pastor of Tabernacle of Deliverance spoke to us and inspired us on that great day.

The usual callers, Mother Ruth, Sis. Betty Jean Harris, and Sis. Vandepoole, among others, made an inspirational four hours of giving God the Glory, Honor and Praise on Thanksgiving. We were surprised to hear from Bro. Sam Williams of Shiloh during the broadcast. My sister, Liverette Carswell, called in to share the joy she experienced being in Pittsburg, Pa. with her children, grand children and great-grand children.

That’s where Andy Warner was on the morning he was trying to “come up with an idea for a comic.” Sadly, there wasn’t much story in a showerhead, but his toothbrush turned out to be a pretty interesting thing. It also opened

the door to more.

Take, for instance, shampoo.

Yes, people washed their hair prior to the 1860s but Sarah Breedlove saw a special need for special hair formula. Prior to Breedlove’s hair-care products, African American women used goose fat to tame their locks.

Breedlove’s concoction, it should go without saying, was a whole lot better product.

Or how about shaving: King Gillette (his real first name, not a British title) made a fortune, but not from razors. He sold those at a loss but got rich from the disposable blades that went inside those razors. Genius marketing, no?

Who doesn’t like to read comics? Yep, that’s how author-artist Andy Warner presents what you’ll learn here: quick chapters of illustrated info, offered in small bites of truth and funny bits of created dialogue. We get a good understanding of each main subject, and a few follow-up factlets to sweeten the enjoyment of a book like this.

Be aware that, while Warner admits in his introduction that “Brief Histories of Everyday Ob-

jects” is “as true as [he] could get it,” some dubious factoids might make you say, “Hmmm.” Happily, there’s a bibliography included, so go ahead and look things up. That’s part of the appeal of this book. Fun like that can’t be brushed away. * * * And if you love classical music, you’ll want to read the history of that, too, won’t you?

The only one of its kind in New York City (serving Manhattan,

Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island), the Home Sharing Program pairs hosts who have extra bedrooms in their homes or apartments with compatible guests. Because not only are rutabagas lower in calories, carbohydrates and inflammatory compounds than potatoes; but they are also considered to be higher in anti-oxidants and anti-cancer compounds such as vitamin C, with one cup containing 53% of the

daily recommended value, which protects cells from free radical damage and helps boost the immune system.

Rutabagas, like most cruciferous vegetables including cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, cabbage, etc. are associated with decreased cancer risk. A landmark study from 1996 in the Cancer, Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention journal “found that consumption of these veggies [cruciferous] indicated a decreased risk of both primary and secondary cancers”, with “70% of cabbage studies showing a decreased relationship with cancer risk.” [Source: DrAxe. com]. 52 CAN DO’S: Healthy Lifestyle Solutions for Each Week of the Year You just can’t judge a book by its rough, waxy, outer surface. – Mo Quote Weeks ago, in CAN DO Tip 33, I talked about root vegetables or “provisions” as a staple Mother Nature provides year-round for sustenance, especially plentiful in the fall. Yes, we know about potatoes, beets, carrots, and onions, but the question I asked was: when was the last time that you tried a rutabaga? For me that answer is the day after Thanksgiving.

I actually bought the giant rutabaga at a farmers’ market the week be-

fore to challenge myself to try a new vegetable and mix things up a bit.

I wasn’t exactly sure what I’d do with it, so like the farmer advised I just prepared it like a regular potato. I sliced the skin off with a sharp knife, cut off the two edges to make it flat on the cutting board, diced it up in big chunks, covered it in a bowl with a little water and left it in the refrigerator.

A week later (last Friday) I boiled the white chunks of rutabaga with a teaspoon of coconut oil, salt and pepper for about one hour or until the chunks were soft. They looked exactly like potatoes except that they turned a beautiful golden brown color once cooked. Once cooled, I sautéed the chunks in a pan with coconut oil, sliced onion, garlic, tomato and some left over bean stew I had in the fridge. I sprinkled a little cumin, red pepper

packed with vitamins and nutrients might get you hooked on a healthy habit. You hear that French fries?
