On Saturday, September 26th, starting at 3333 Broadway (corner of W. 135th and Broadway), NYS Assembly Member Inez E. Dickens and the NAACP Mid-Manhattan in a “Slow Walk” participated in a Rally that included Manhattanville and Grant Houses.
The event was filled with activities, including Census information and early Voting instruction. Their goal was to bring continued awareness around the need to support our communities as we fight for continued funding and the importance of the upcoming 2020 election.
