The president has since emphasized that talks “based on 1967 borders” means that there is room for negotiations on what land should be retained under Israeli sovereignty. In a seeming concession to President Obama, the Prime Minister now is willing to meet with Abbas on condition that the Palestinian Authority withdraw his plan to go the United Nations. However, in response to the report, the office of the Prime Minister stated, “There has been no change in government policy.

Levine, Chairman of Levine Builders. et Council, whose full name is the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty, is the foremost organization in New York City for aiding Jewish poor. Among its many activities is providing affordable housing for lowincome individuals. It has developed and currently operates nearly 1,400 affordable housing units, with another 700 units planned.
