BY JILL SANDERS Billionaire mogul Lily Safra, the widow of philanthropist Edmond Safra a”h, has launched a legal action against the publisher of The Daily Mail, a London based newspaper, claiming the paper labeled her a "fortune hunter" who inherited vast sums of money when two of her husbands died under mysterious circumstances. ccording to The Press Gazette, another UK newspaper, Mrs. Safra, 71, who now lives in Geneva, says her reputation was seriously damaged by a September 2010 article in The Daily Mail that questioned the identity of the murderer of her late husband Edmond Safra who died in a fire at his Monaco penthouse on December 3, 1999.
