We hope you’ll call & take advantage of our experience &knowledge as well! If selling a home were easy, anyone could do it. But it’s isn’t. It is an anxiety inducing, nerve racking endeavor. It calls for an expert. Luckily I had one, Ann Marie Wilcox of Carpenito Real Estate. She handled every detail of my sale in a timely manner while keeping me informed of the progress every step of the way. The inevitable bumps encounted in the process were definitely smoothed out by Ann Marie as she guided the transaction to it’s successful conclusion. My property sold for over the asking price, I maintained my sanity and Ann Marie has a new fan.
