Get enough sleep

Try to keep a routine of going to bed at a time that allows you enough sleep, especially during exam periods.
Stay social
Seeing people you haven’t caught up with in a while can improve your mood, and help feel re-connected.
Eating healthily
Food really does affect your mood. When you start a healthier diet, you’re setting yourself up for less mood swings. However, if you experience problems with your diet, you should speak with your doctor first.
Keeping active
Any type of exercise is good, as long as you do enough of it and it suits your lifestyle. Again, don’t pressure yourself if you’ve experienced problems with exercising, speak with someone first.
Do the things you love
Maybe exams and the pressure of everything else has taken over old hobbies and things you used to love doing. Make time in your routine for those things again - they are just as important.
Getting creative
This can ultimately defeat stress and will boost your self-esteem. Whether it’s dancing, 3D design, painting, singing or writing, it will help in the long run to keep up with these things.
Learn something new
Doing something new is a great way of getting yourself up and moving but also with a sense of accomplishment.
