Kenya Pavilion celebrates Mashujaa Day with its 20,000th visitor Kenya observed Mashujaa Day on 20th October 2021. The Kenyan Pavilion welcomed its 20,000th visitor in the first 20 days since the start of Expo Dubai on 1st October 2021. To celebrate Mashujaa Day, the first 20 visitors at the Kenyan Pavillion were awarded with souvenirs from Kenya. Kenya Pavilion is themed “Feel the Energy” a representation of the Kenyan people’s warmth, hospitality, and heritage. The Pavilion embarks the visitor(s) on a journey that takes them from Kenya’s agriculture and economic potential to its innovation and industry sectors to the hospitality and creativity of the Kenyan people PHOTO ( Fig I ) : Celebrating our 20,000th visitor(s) from the United States of America

Thursday 21st October 2021 On 21st October, the Kenyan Pavilion welcomed a total of 6,379 visitors recording the highest number of daily visitors at the Kenyan Pavilion since the Expo begun.

Monday 25th October 2021 The Kenya Pavillion was honoured to receive a visit from His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot Nahyan Al Nahyan who is the Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. He was received by Consular General and Deputy Commissioner General Amb. Peter Mwendwa. His Excellency received a Kenyan name ‘Mdedi’ which means one who talks a lot based on his selected character. His Excellency was impressed by the Kenyan Avocadoes that are exported to the UAE. He took keen interest in Kenya’s Energy production noting the impressive contributions of various sustainable renewable energy sources into the national grid.
