CHARACTERISTICS FLAVOR DIVERSITY: Kenyan coffee is celebrated for its diverse flavor spectrum, including bright acidity, fruity notes (such as citrus and berry), floral undertones, and a full-bodied, robust taste. UNIQUE PROCESSING: The coffee cherries are often processed using the washed method, which contributes to the clean, bright taste and sharp acidity that Kenyan coffee is famous for.
