Guandong Li

PhD in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Class of 2025

“When it came time to choose a program, the biggest factor for me was my advisor. I received multiple PhD offers from universities across the country, but after speaking with potential advisors, I felt the strongest connection with my current advisor at Tulane. That sense of mentorship and collaboration made the decision clear. Looking back now, having just passed my oral defense, I can confidently say that choosing Tulane has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”
