Technical Interview
•Our recruiting agent first conducts telephone interviews to qualify candidates on communication skills, education, experience, eligibility, and availability.
Preliminary Qualification Check
•Based on client requirements we determine candidates aptitude in specific technical areas, along with attributes such as willingness to travel, etc. •Appropriate work samples are obtained from candidates and are carefully reviewed for adequacy and merit with respect to requirements.
•If the candidate is deemed suitable after first two steps, the recruiting agent performs reference checks before finally presenting the candidate to the client.
