IN CASE YOU MISSED IT REMINDER Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (USDA) Updated Income Limits for 2024 The 2024 income limits for the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program were published on July 12, 2024, through a Special Procedure Notice (SPN).

The Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) and the Income Eligibility calculator on the Eligibility Website have been updated with the new income limits.

Knock Equity Advance Program Reminder This program can only be used on FNMA & FHLMC at this time.

Please review guidelines for jumbo products when looking at Knock as an option.

Additional questions can be directed to the UW Manager or applicable Team Lead.

TRAININGS: The NFM Guideline Training course is designed to learn NFM guidelines.

The next 4 session course is 08/07/24 – 08/28/24, noon to 1:00 pm EST. Mandatory for Underwriters, LP1, LP2 and Processors that have not previously completed the course. Optional for all others.

Live attendance is required. Recorded classes are not available.

Surefire 8/7, 1pm EST InSITE 8/14, 1pm EST Mandatory GLBA Privacy Rule Training: Due 08/30/24 Key Details: The mandatory training must be completed by August 30, 2024.

Assignment: Training has been assigned to you in Paycom on Monday July 8, 2024.

Mandatory for: All Sales, Disclosure, Marketing and Post employees, in all divisions.

Action Required: Overdue trainings will result in system suspension.

Argyle has generously sponsored prizes up to $3,000. The contest will have two group winners.

Group 1: The Branch with the highest percentage of Argyle invites (whether through the online application or follow-up emails) to individual borrowers will win a prize valued at $1,500. This prize may include swag bags, individual gift cards, or lunch for the branch.

Group 2: The Branch with the highest utilization percentage growth will win a prize valued at $1,500. Growth will be measured by the percentage of Argyle verifications on the contest start date vs. the percentage of Argyle verifications on the contest end date. This prize may include swag bags, individual gift cards, or lunch for the branch.

IMMUNIZATION AWARENESS MONTH National Immunization Awareness Month highlights the importance of routine vaccination for all people. And explore the Healthy People 2030 vaccination objective and evidence-based resources on vaccination programs that can be implemented in various settings.

IT’S BACK TO SCHOOL MONTH! With the first day of school quickly approaching, be sure to schedule a visit if your child needs an updated physical or any new vaccinations before the school year starts. Get in soon since doctor offices are typically busy with a back-to-school rush for physicals. You might also want to get in a dental cleaning before your child’s schedule gets busier.

NATIONAL PICKLEBALL DAY Pickle ball is a paddle sport that combines tennis, badminton, and table tennis in one. If you have never played or witnessed a game of Pickleball, think Wiffle ball meets Ping Pong meets Tennis. But don’t let that description confuse you. The ball used is similar to a Wiffle ball, while the racket used is similar to a short tennis racket only solid like a ping pong paddle rather than webbed. Play happens on a court similar to that of a tennis court. Even though the game combines three separate games, it is fairly easy to play. Two players each have a paddle, a plastic ball with holes, and a solid surface with a net. Players of the game serve the ball back and forth, similar to a game of tennis. Players also determine points similar to those found in tennis.

MAIN STREET KITCHEN & BAR SAUSAGE AND VEGGIE SKILLET SUMMER DINNER INGREDIENTS 2 cup corn kernels (3 ears completely cooked) 1 tablespoon olive oil 12 oz sausage cooked, such as cajun sausage, andouille sausage, or smoked sausage 1 large red bell pepper diced 1 large zucchini large, sliced ½ teaspoon chili powder fresh cilantro chopped

INSTRUCTIONS Sausage 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a cast-iron skillet on medium heat.

2. Slice cooked sausage into coins and add to the skillet.

3. Cook on medium heat in a cast-iron skillet for 5 minutes on one side, then flip over and cook for about 3 minutes on the other side. Remove from skillet to a large plate.

4. You will have oil from the sausage. Leave some oil in the skillet for the veggies. Remove extra oil to a small, heat-proof bowl, and reserve.

Veggies 1. To the same, now empty, skillet add diced bell pepper, and cook for about 4 minutes on medium heat. You might have to add some of the reserved oil to the skillet to prevent veggies from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Remove cooked bell pepper to the same large plate with sausage.

2. To the same, now empty, skillet add sliced zucchini, and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat. You might have to add some of the reserved oil to the skillet to prevent veggies from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

3. Slice corn kernels off the cob with a knife.

Assembly 1. In the same skillet combine together cooked sausage, cooked bell pepper, cooked zucchini, and cooked corn kernels. Mix everything well. Add reserved oil from cooked sausage, and mix. Add chili powder and reheat on low heat.

2. Remove from heat. Top with chopped cilantro.
