Our JOG (Computer Controlled Grouting) technology is a state of the art, computer controlled, multipoint injection system. The technology uses cementitious grouts with controlled set-time structures to re-level structures ranging from residential homes to large commercial buildings.

Re-levelling

Mainmark specialises in re-levelling buildings that have experienced subsidence, settlement, or other structural issues leading to uneven floors and foundation cracks.

To address these challenges, we developed Teretek® and JOG technologies. Teretek® uses a method of injecting polyurethane resin beneath a structure’s foundation. As the resin expands, it gently lifts the structure, offering a non-invasive and cost-effective solution suitable for both residential and commercial properties. JOG is a computer-controlled, multi-point grout injection system. It works by injecting cementitious grout with a tailored set time beneath the building’s foundation. Versatile in its application, JOG is adept at re-leveling both simple and complex structures – from high-rise and industrial buildings to residential homes.

Ground Improvement

As urbanisation and population growth surge, so does the need for engineered ground improvement solutions.

The escalating construction and retrofit of buildings and infrastructure highlight the importance of foundation performance, increasing longevity and safety. Mainmark specialises in advanced ground improvement methods. Ground improvement modifies a soil’s properties, improving its load-bearing capacity or resilience against liquefaction. Mainmark delivers a suite of technologies that cover densification, solidification, and soil replacement methods. We use our Teretek® resin injection technology to enhance soil properties beneath existing structures. We use Terefil® to replace the existing soil with an engineered lightweight, cellular concrete raft in challenging ground conditions.

Void-filling

Mainmark offers comprehensive void-filling solutions for diverse market sectors, using specialised chemical or cementitious grouts.

These products are suited to a wide range of solutions, from foundation re-support and decommissioning underground services to mass void fill. We select materials based on void size, location, and site-specific requirements. Our methods are usually more cost-effective than traditional alternatives, but they also minimise disruptions, allowing businesses to operate seamlessly.
