QAFCO, IFA Conference 2012

The concept of the event, created by Gulf Marketing consisted of offering the staff a symbol of appreciation that would be too valuable to be thrown or forgotten, therefore we came up with the concept of creating the biggest “Hand Printed� logo banner, which eventually went on to be recorded in the geneses book of records. Gulf Marketing organized the event schedule, decorated and designed the venue. Gulf Marketing also managed the logistics, provided food, entertainment and comedy shows.

QAFCO, IFA conference 2012, took place at the St. Regis hotel, where a sand artist provided by Gulf Marketing illustrated the history of Qatar, past to present on a stage, while dancers and actors demonstrated the art work translating it into an alive performance of the art work process.

Speed Painting

CC Soccer Showdown

Speed painting event was a concept created by Gulf Marketing for the KFC launch at CC Bahrain mall. In this event Gulf marketing provided the lighting system, the sound, the arrangements of the venue, contracting the speed painting artist, monitoring logistics, choreographing the show with the artist and managing his travel arrangements.

The City Center soccer show down, an event with the purpose of increasing the number of walk-ins to the mall. The event consisted of bringing top soccer freestylers to play a 2 on 2 and 1 on 1 mini soccer games, and perform an all day long tricks at different locations in the mall, organized and promoted by Gulf Marketing.

World Milk Day

Sand Art

Work Milk Day took place at the Seef Mall in Bahrain, included family entertaining shows and activities and comedy shows, where Gulf Marketing was in charge of the overall designing and decorations and arrangements for the activities and comedy shows that took place at the venue and set up the stage lights and sound systems and took care of the whole section of the venue, the west wing section.

Sand Art event, a countrywide treasure hunt organized by Gulf Marketing who along with the management of Americana arranged lighting, stage, sound system set up, monitored logistics including 100 participating cars racing around 20 locations in the city during the contest. Gulf marketing also took care of the licensing and permits, the venue, the transportation, and the traffic department approval, managed to entertain families who attended through a series of activities and entertaining shows. The ending of the contest consisted of solving the puzzle on the stage at the venue, which was illustrated by the biggest LCD screen at the mall.
