Gandhi Electro Mechanical & Gandhi Air conditioning Systems is a part Everest Group of companies, established in the year 1996 initially in the name of BLUESKY, located in Dubai, U.A.E with an earnest effort to serve our valued clients in a professional and efficient way and cater to the ever growing requirements in Mechanical and Electrical works those were kept changing time to time with an update of new technology in the field of MEP of the Construction industry.

We have initially started our operations works at United Arab Emirates in the field of Mechanical & Fabrication works. After few years of our operation, we were successful in securing satisfaction of beloved clients, which paved way for our company’s ventures in to other areas like Designing, Execution, procuring along with the maintenance of all our execution in addition to maintenance contracts.

Chilled Water Piping System works

Design, Fabrication & Installation of support system

Installation & Testing of complete works related to water and Air distribution systems from Piping Installation, Equipment erections with its valve assembly, Insulation until its final testing stages.

We design the support with stress and load calculations as required and fabricate the support at site or workshop and carry out the installation at site.

Execution of Firefighting Projects Installation of fire pumps, sprinklers, fire hose reel cabinets, breeching inlets and all sorts of piping works that was required to get the system works as per the project requirement.

TECHNICAL STAFF

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Our company’s main strength is derived from the experiences and dedicated engineers who are well versed in taking right decision in accordance with the site’s demand. The engineers and supervisors are given direction to go full pledged commitments to the main objective of the company via customer satisfaction.

The management of the company is structured to give maximum management support to the engineering division with sufficient engineers and draftsmen. A brief profile of the key members of the management is enclosed.

INFRASTRUCTURE Having been in the construction business since 1996 under this company and since 1975 associated in elsewhere but on various companies and through our joint well-wishing arguably due to long term relationship with the company like M/s.ETA, M/s.

International electromechanical works, M/s. Al Futtaim engineering and sterling Wilson electromechanical works has well established infrastructure for execution of operations. We have a modern office setup, advances equipment and tools, storage yard, transport division with the fleet of different offices.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT We have organized and laid great emphasis on conducting in house and on the job training for all our personnel. All new personnel are put through a rigorous induction/training program and are also given practical training so that the quality of work does not fall below the described standard.

PROJECT EXECUTION The most important aspect of our engineering division is our planning and monitoring of the project activities to ensure timely completion of the projects. As soon as the order is placed the planning engineering group prepares detailed work schedules, store projection and cost estimates. A manual for the construction of site management acts as guide for the engineers to ensure quick mobilization of the site, starting from the main project, monitoring and review of the activities.

TQM (Total Quality Management)

One of the prime parameters in the operational setup is HSE. All personnel are trained to know the essential features of HSE requirements and a strict watch is kept at various levels to ensure that instructions are enforced rigidly in this regards.

The company ensures that our activities and policies are in line with total quality management system and we take up quick follow up action on any complaint during maintenance period or thereafter. We all put in teamwork for complete customer satisfaction.
