Excellent - Honest and Upfront - Easy to deal with - Professional I would highly recommend that anyone looking to sell or buy a home has a chat with Julian. He is easy to deal with and has a nononsense approach - will tell you exactly how it is without being pushy. If you need some honest feedback on how the housing market is moving and what your best options are in relation to selling or buying then call Julian. Unfortunately, good Real Estate Agents are few and far between (most of them are very strange people)... Julian is an exceptionally good Real Estate agent and also an extremely nice guy! I don't suffer fools lightly (and let's be honest most real Estate Agents are fools)... Julian is no fool and he is refreshingly honest (within an industry where extensions of the truth seem to be the norm, not the exception...). I also only give credit where credit is due - my comments and praise are not made lightly. Best in the Bays
Julian is a true sales professional, he is always calm under fire - in situations that I found pretty stressful - he was a steady head. He managed everything in the process from staging and the marketing to photos and video - which all looked awesome. He kept me informed regularly, I always felt updated and connected with the sale. We had a pre-auction offer and I felt while it was fair to both parties he had my best intentions at heart, there was no pressure, just facts.
