Over the years, this special weekend has grown into one of the region’s most beloved festivals, and we can’t wait to share another unforgettable experience with you.
This year marks a significant moment in our journey – for the first time, Shake & Stir is a ticketed event. After more than a decade of free entry, the rising costs of infrastructure, safety, staffing, and entertainment have made this change necessary to keep the festival alive and thriving. We’ve kept tickets as affordable as possible to ensure accessibility for all – and by purchasing in advance, you’ll not only secure your spot but also help us plan more sustainably. Every ticket sold directly supports the artists, infrastructure, and atmosphere that make Shake & Stir so magical.
We’ve curated an exceptional line-up of vintage bands, singers, DJs, and dance acts to transport you through the decades – from soul and swing to rock ’n’ roll, and more. Whether you’re a firsttime visitor or a long-time fan, we promise there’s something to get your feet tapping and your heart singing.
A heartfelt thank you to our charity partner Rotary, whose support helps drive community impact far beyond the festival field. We are also deeply grateful to our incredible team of local volunteers – your dedication, energy, and love for this event are the true soul of Shake & Stir.

Stir Events CIC is proud that Rotary Foundation is now our dedicated charity, meaning that all our events will support Rotary and its incredible work. As a corporate member of the Rotary Club of Westbourne, we recognise and appreciate the invaluable support Rotary volunteers provide year after year, helping to make our festivals a true community celebration. At this year's events, Rotary will have its own stand, where visitors can learn more about the organisation’s impact both locally and globally. We encourage everyone to stop by, meet the team, and, if possible, contribute to their bucket collections, supporting vital causes near and far. Rotary is a global network of over 1.2 million members, working together to promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, support education, and protect the environment. Their dedication aligns perfectly with our mission at Stir Events, and we are delighted to strengthen our partnership to create lasting change in our communities and beyond.

This year’s Shake & Stir is bursting with fun for our youngest visitors! Children can enjoy classic entertainment with Punch and Judy shows, get creative at our colouring tables and competition corner, and transform with fabulous face painting. Don’t miss the colourful sweety stall, packed with treats to make little faces light up. A perfect day out for the whole family!

At Stir Events we are working towards making our events as green, sustainable, and eco-friendly as possible.
PARKING: We would like to encourage you to travel here in a sustainable fashion – cycle, public transport, walk etc. There are local car parks and free street parking, but we encourage you to look after our local residents and not block them in.

For info: Shake and Stir is now a ticketed event with a full alcohol licence. Therefore, we will be doing polite bag checks on entry – this is part of new legal security measures being enforced at all festivals, events and similar (Martyn's Law). Only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed at the event. You are welcome to bring your own picnic but no sharp knives or glass please. Please bring a picnic blanket or chair for your comfort.
