Gleeds Academy

Gleeds Academy is our online learning and development platform available to all people. It offers the flexibility of accessing and completing content at a time to suit you, supporting your development through self-directed learning opportunities.

Upon completion of your mandatory courses, you are provided with opportunities to access courses across a wide variety of topics.

How to access

Username: Your first name letter (Capital letter) and your surname (the first letter in capital letters)

Password: On the first sign in please use: Welcome123!

This is a single-use password and you will be requested to set a personal, more secure password (your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters which includes at least 1 number and 1 special character)

Welcome Programme

The Welcome Programme is a 3- month international programme which combines face-to-face activities and Gleeds Academy activities

Face to face activities: training sessions with the rest of the new employees from other regions which help to develop your soft skills, and know much better your colleagues and the company
