A passion for Italian culture passed down through generations

Coming from a family of Italian heritage the Gemelli team of James, Alec and Paul Carney were brought up to appreciate good food and most importantly, how to cook it. Whether it be the annual sauce and salami making with Nonno, or simply sharing a glass of wine with family and friends, the brothers have always had a passion for Italian food and culture.

With mostly all imported products from Italy, they’ve created a hearty menu based on food they love to eat at home.

Set on the Gold Coast’s tourist strip, right across the highway from The Star Gold Coast casino and hotel complex, the rustic setting coupled with a vibrant atmosphere gives the unique experience of a modern Italian establishment. A combination of traditional methods and modern flair has allowed a menu influenced by the many diverse regions of Italy, to deliver the best of Italian culture to Broadbeach.
