I have never seen anything like it. We did 82 cards in the end and the busy days at a yearling sale have been 35. It shows the strength and number of buyers who are here. The big difference at this Sale is all the end user buyers. There are a lot of high-priced foals going to end users. I just wish I had more foals here. There are trainers here, who I have never seen here before.

We had a reserve of $600,000 on her, we thought she’d comfortably get to the $800,000 and maybe a million in this crazy market. I thought we had the product, but $1.5 million is enormous. We sold Yankee Rose for $2 million and She Will Reign for $2.3 million (to Japan) and they had a much better race record than what she (Greysful Glamour) had. It’s just a huge result.
