I can barely believe another yearling sale is upon us. Perth Magic Millions has had an extremely busy but successful year.

The winners have flowed from the sale ring and the West Australian graduates are certainly making their presence felt locally and Nationally. This year’s highly successful Magic Millions Pinjarra Race Day again proved the experience and quality of Raceday is a magnet for our racing community and friends. The Magic Millions WA 2YO Classic winner VALOUR ROAD went on to win the time-honoured Karrakatta Plate G2. The state’s other twoyear-old group race, the Sires Produce G3, was won by another Perth Sale graduate in LORDHELPMERUN. With the breeding industry replenishing and improving broodmare bands along with adding to the stallion line up, I am sure it won’t be long before these boys will put their hands up to be successful sires in the future.

The process of getting approvals and permits for our new Swan Valley home has been a journey. I would like to recognise that the Swan Valley Council has been tremendous in the way they have supported us through our applications. This is going to be an exciting development for the Western Australian Thoroughbred Industry and one that can be enjoyed for many years into the future. While the finished product will be a work in progress for some time, the stables and layout will give vendors and prospective buyers a wonderful opportunity to showcase and view our 2019 catalogue of yearlings.

I feel this year’s offering are a quality line up and amexcited for what this sale will produce. Remember thissale represents the best WA has to sell.

A new sales complex, a beautiful setting and superprizemoney what could be better? Well, this year Magic

Millions, in conjunction with RWWA, have introduced a Women’s Bonus for 2019 sale graduates to the Magic Millions WA 2YO Classic to promote ownership amongst the ladies. This is sure to be a very popular innovation.
