1. Extension Installation Guide • Go to My downloadable products. The file that you download normally is a zip file.

• Use FTP client (such as Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your Magneto site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure.

• Open Command line in folder root of Magento and run following command respectively: o php bin/magento setup:upgrade o php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy o php bin/magento indexer:reindex o php bin/magento cache:flush • Navigate to Stores/Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly.

2. Importing CSV Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to Sales → Shipping Methods and select “Main Website” from store view. Under Matrix Rates tab, import option will be available.

• Import: Click choose file to upload CSV to import matrix rates.

3. Configuration Now select “Default Config” in store view to configure the extension.

• Enabled: Select YES to enable Matrix Rates payment method.

• Title: Enter title for Matrix Rates shipping method to show on frontend.

• Condition: Select condition to apply matrix rates.

• Use Numeric Zipcode Ranges: Select Yes to use numeric zipcodes for matrix rates.

• Free Shipping Promotions: Enable to allow application of free shipping promotions on matrix rates.

• Only Display Free Shipping: Set YES if you want to show free shipping if available and hide other shipping.

• Free Shipping Display Text: Set text to show free shipping on frontend.

• Minimum Order Amount for Free Shipping: Set minimum order amount to apply free shipping on orders.

Includes Free Shipping Items in Rate Calculation: Select YES to include free shipping items in rate calculation.

Include Virtual Products in Rate Calculation: Set YES to include virtual products in rate calculation.

Calculate Handling Fee: Select type to calculate handling fee in.

Handling Fee: Enter handling fee to apply with matrix rates.

Ship to Applicable Countries: Select countries to apply matrix rates on.

Displayed Error Message: Enter error message to show in frontend.

Sort Order: Enter sort order to show shipping method in frontend.

4. Frontend Once matrix rates is configured, you can see it enabled on frontend. When customers make purchase, matrix rates shipping applies on it.

5. Deactivation of Extension in Case of Emergency Go to app → etc → config.php and find 'Magecomp_Matrixrate' => 1, and replace 1 with 0.
