Magento 2 Delivery Date extension allows customers to choose preferable date for product delivery.

1. Extension Installation Guide  Go to My downloadable products. The file that you download normally is a zip file.  Use FTP client (such as Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your Magneto site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure.  Open Command line in folder root of Magento and run following command respectively: o php bin/magento setup:upgrade o php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy o php bin/magento indexer:reindex o php bin/magento cache:flush  Navigate to Stores/Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly.  If you need professional help regarding Magento Extension Installation, Feel free to contact us any time. 2. Configuration Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to System  Configuration to configure the extension for use. Here you can find various settings for the extension.  Delivery Date: Option to enable or disable extension.  Delivery Date Label: Set label to show Delivery Date for selection on checkout page.  Comment Box: Enable or disable comment box for customers in frontend.  Comment Box Label: Add comment box label to show on frontend.  Frontend Picker Type: There is two options to choose from. o Date Picker : Allows customer to pick only date from the store frontend. o Date & Time Picker : Allows customer to pick date & time both from the store frontend.  Display time: Choose the date format you want to use.

Delivery Date & Time Settings Exclude Delivery Days: Select week days to exclude from delivery. Delivery Hours From and To: Set delivery time span in 24 hours format. Same Day Delivery: Enable to allow same day delivery. Minimal Delivery Interval: Set intervals in days to start delivery days from.



Exclude Dynamic Holidays from Delivery: Enter various dynamic holiday dates to exclude from delivery. Date Range to Exclude from Delivery: Enable to exclude specific date range from delivery. From and To date: Select date range to exclude from delivery. Delivery Date for Customer Groups: Enable to show delivery date option for specific customer groups. Customer Groups: Select customer groups to enable delivery date. Display on: Select options to display delivery info on. Print In: Select options to show delivery information in printable documents. Send In: Select options to send delivery information in various Emails.

4. Frontend Picker Type: Once you save the configurations and settings, you can see Delivery Date enabled. Once customers choose all the options, quantities and add product to cart, Delivery Date can be seen on checkout page for customers to select order delivery date for products they purchase.

5. Delivery Date in Order View in backend Once customers create orders successfully by selecting delivery date, all the details related to delivery date can be seen in backend. Just go to Sales  Orders and view particular order to check delivery details selected by customers.

6. Delivery Date in “My Orders” of customers’ My Account section After order placement, customers can see delivery date in their “My Account” section as well.

9. FAQs  What if I get “Access denied” error after installation of the extension? Whenever you get Access denied error while clicking on the extension tab after installation, log out admin panel and re-login.
