E VE RY DAY. . . Nearly 25,000 pounds of precious mission cargo is delivered daily to build God’s Kingdom. A single MAF flight can haul one-half ton of supplies. Every flight hour saves three days of travel by foot or slow, arduous ground transportation... DEC greatly maximizing the ministry of missionaries and indigenous evangelists.
Each day, some 290 passengers are transported, including evangelists, teachers, medical personnel, indigenous pastors, relief personnel, children, and those who are critically ill or in need of emergency medical help. An MAF airplane is often the only safe and reliable means of transportation for ministry activities, reducing an all-day trek by foot to a mere 20-minute flight.
Every seven minutes, in some of the most remote places on earth, an MAF aircraft either takes off or lands.
