BEST HOME IMPROVEMENT, BEST ROOF/GUTTER COMPANY, BEST WINDOW COMPANY, BEST SIDING COMPANY
RIDGE TOP EXTERIORS Years in business Address Phone Website
24 4620 Dovetail Dr, Madison, WI 53704 (608) 218-4904 https://www.ridgetopexteriors.com/
Business description Ridge Top Exteriors is an award winning home improvement company founded in 2002, serving homeowners across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. Specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters, our factory trained team delivers exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Every installation is backed by industry leading warranties on both materials and labor, giving homeowners lasting confidence in their investment. Since 2002, we have built our reputation one neighbor at a time. What makes you stand out from the competition? “Customer service is our number one goal, and that commitment shapes everything we do. Before we ever write an estimate, we perform a thorough on site inspection of your property. From there, our consultation focuses on finding the right solution for your home. Before any project begins, our team completes a detailed review of every material, timeline, and potential concern so problems are caught early, not discovered mid project. Our factory trained team treats every home with the same care they would give their own, and every project is backed by industry leading warranties on both materials and labor. At the end of the day, we are your neighbors. We live and work in the communities we serve, and we want to earn your trust, your loyalty, and your referrals by doing honest work the right way, every time.” What brings customers back to your business? “Our customers come back because they know what to expect from us: honest communication, quality work, and a team that genuinely cares about their home. When you treat people the way you would want to be treated, they remember that. Many of our customers started with a single roof repair or siding project and have come back for windows, doors, gutters, and more over the years. That kind of trust is not built through a single transaction. It is built through showing up on time, keeping our promises, and being honest.
We also stay connected with our customers long after the project wraps up. Whether it is a scheduled roof inspection through our membership program or a quick call to check in after a big storm, we make sure homeowners know we are still here for them. The greatest compliment we receive is when a customer refers us to their friends, family, and neighbors. That tells us we earned more than their business. We earned their trust.” What does it mean to be voted People's Choice winner? “Being voted Madison.com's People's Choice means everything to us because this recognition comes directly from the homeowners and families we serve. It is not chosen by a committee or based on a checklist. It is chosen by our neighbors, and that makes it the most meaningful award we could receive. This award is really a reflection of our team. Every installer, every project manager, and every person who answers the phone plays a part in the experience our customers have. When homeowners take time out of their day to vote for us, they are recognizing the people behind the work, and that is something our entire team takes pride in. Being recognized again as a People's Choice award winner is a reminder that the relationships we have built throughout the Madison area are lasting ones. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who voted for us, and our goal is to continue earning that trust every day.” Additional locations: 333 N 121st St, Wauwatosa, WI 53226 602 S Westland Dr, Appleton, WI 54914 8841 WI-13, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494

ENRICH FINANCIAL PARTNERS LLC Years in business Address Phone Website
23 6502 Grand Teton Plaza Suite 201, Madison, WI 53716 (608) 275-3442 https://enrichpartners.com/
Business description EnRich Financial Partners is a fee only fiduciary wealth management firm in Madison. Our CFP professionals. serve as your Family CFO, building comprehensive financial plans, managing investment portfolios, and guiding you toward retirement with confidence. We work with executives, physicians, business owners, mid career professionals, women in transition, and families preparing to live on what they spent a career building. Our clients want the complexity handed to someone obligated to put them first. What makes you stand out from the competition? “We are independent, which means we work only for our clients. There is no parent company steering us toward a house brand of funds and no sales quota shaping the advice we give. That freedom lets us go looking for the best answer rather than the approved one. We are also nimble. Being a smaller firm means a client with an unusual situation gets creative thinking instead of a form. We regularly find opportunities in complicated circumstances that a larger organization would simply route around. And our investment philosophy is built on evidence rather than forecasting. We do not believe anyone reliably predicts markets. We believe the market drives return and that portfolio structure, cost, and tax efficiency determine the experience an investor actually has. That belief frees us to spend our time on the decisions that genuinely move the needle for a family.”
What brings customers back to your business? “Honestly, it is the relationship. Money is never really about money. It is about a daughter’s tuition, a diagnosis nobody saw coming, a business sale, a parent who needs care, the decision to finally retire. Our clients come back because when those moments arrive, they already have someone who knows their whole story and picks up the phone. They also come back because we are proactive. They are not chasing us for answers. They hear from us before they think to ask, they get a clear quarterly picture of where they stand, and they know that the person explaining it is the same person who built the plan.” What does it mean to be voted People’s Choice winner? This one means a lot to us because it came from people in the community rather than from a panel or a list. Someone had to think of us and take a minute to write our name down. In this business, trust is really all we have to offer, so knowing that clients and neighbors were willing to vouch for us is humbling. We are grateful, and we plan to keep earning it.
