Pathways Vermont provides community-based mental health services and collaborative learning that center people as the experts of their own lives. We strengthen our communities and the system of care by elevating the voices of lived experience.
Autonomy and self-direction are the foundation for meaningful support.
Trust, respect, and shared experience foster hope and mutual growth
Belonging and collective purpose create the conditions for people to thrive.
Pathways Vermont supports Mad Pride and elevates mad voices through our programs, including Morgan’s Place Peer Support Center and the newly established VT Peer Certification Training Center

Morgan’s Place
Peer Support Center
Pathways Peer Support Center, known as Morgan's Place, exists as a space for support groups and community events
The peer support team works out of the main floor and offers spaces ranging from conversations about suicide to Dungeons and Dragons
The space provides a warm and welcoming environment where lived experience is shared and relationships are nurtured.

Training Institute

In 2025, Pathways Vermont Training Institute established the VT Peer Certification Training Center.
The training center, staffed by psychiatric survivors and grounded in the history of the psychiatric survivor movement, ensures that Certified Peer Support Providers (CPSPs) maintain fidelity to the ethics of peer support and the values of the broader Mad Pride movement
