Patient Representatives

Our Patient Reps advocate for and with people in Vermont psychiatric institutions. We are trained in peer support, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care. We are not hospital staff. Our only responsibility is to you. Our job is to listen, respect you, support your voice, and center your priorities. We can help with understanding your rights, paperwork, advance directives, grievances and appeals, communication with staff, connecting with your attorney, and attending treatment team meetings or court hearings. Contact us by call or text: (844) 253-1163 or by email: info@madfreedomadvocates.org
