INTRODUCTION
We begin by understanding the project’s vision, aesthetic preferences, and overall goals. This allows us to select the right products and explore custom wood solutions tailored to your unique needs.
ESTIMATING
Our technical team reviews architectural plans and elevations to develop an initial proposal, reflecting the wood products discussed during the kickoff.
DEPOSIT
We require a deposit payment to initiate the shop drawing + approval phase of the project.
SHOP DRAWINGS + APPROVAL
Once the design is finalized, we prepare shop drawings specifying custom measurements and details. These are reviewed and approved before production begins.
PRODUCTION
We require a progress payment to put your order into production. During production we work closely with our trusted partners to produce your products according to the specification in your proposal.
DELIVERY COORDINATION
Our logistics team will work closely with your contractors and installers to ensure timely deliveries, aligned with key project milestones.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
From start to finish, we provide expert technical support for seamless project completion.
CARE + MAINTENANCE
We offer care and maintenance guidance to preserve the beauty and longevity of your wood products.
