ARCHITECTS
Minna architects is a diverse team of designers, with passion in creating excellent building environment. On our first year, we have worked with developer, other consultants, and owner to propose design of housings, walk-up apartment, and private house in West Java, studied feasibility of housing development, while actively participating in national architecture competitions.

Our team is composed of partners with diverse background and experiences from the field of design and build, with academic background from architecture of UNPAR and MM of Telkom University. Jatinangor, 2019
On the 10000 m2 site not far from the universities in Jatinangor, development is planned for student flats and supporting facilities. For the design of apartment building, the 36 rooms are distributed on three floor with each rooms measured at 12 m2. 8

TERRACE HOUSES
Purwakarta, 2020
The design of the houses aim to balance between financial aspect and environmental quality. Affordability is sought through plot division, size of individual houses, and choice of form and material. While the indoor area is limited, the more spacious than usual front terrace offer a comfortable space for socializing and guest reception.

The house is located in Pondok Indah, with 180 sq meters and isolated environment. The facade design combines several elements of form with material like brick, glass, concrete, wood. Also combined with natural colors that pleasing to look at. The house design are well concerned with natural light. 10

Initiated as low-cost housing especially for factory workers and employee, this project aim to balance between financial aspect and environmental quality. Private patios and communal open space roughly in the middle of the neighborhood aim to provide quality environment.

The semi-detached type 50 houses with double height loft space indoor and logia outTside, aim to offer generous high ceiling in main areas. Despite compact area, the house consist of 3 bedrooms that connected with the outside and open to central void.

3 x 4 meter bed room design that ignited by optimizing functionality. Using wall bed (by folding it into the wall) the space area increase significantly into more spacious and activity friendly room. 14

This extension of 48 square meter developer’s house type, centered around a lively courtyard with tropical plants, gravel, shallow pond and wooden ramp. On new building, the dining room is fully glazed to borrow the landscape of the courtyard and visually expand the indoor area.

courtyards shared by two building and two stories - Bali, 2016
HOTEL ROOM SECTION
This resort is situated on an elongated plot of land, stretching from the street to a small river near Ubud, Bali. Although street frontage is limited, there are two different access on the same street. The Neighborhood is dotted with small houses and pavilion buildings usually with central courtyard. While the building mass only consists of two stories, it optimize elongated shape of the site horizontally. The project aim to make lush tropical landscape as everyday experience on each room, therefore the two strips of hotel building is connected by such landscape.Each lower level room has access to courtyards which also act as buffer from main circulation corridor. Rooms on the upper level also share the same courtyard, getting visual connection with the sky and greeneries below. Other than organizing internal layout of the rooms, during the design phase I came up with the design of the public area. I also deal with the production of the technical drawings needed for construction bidding. NO. REVISIONS
