Q: How long have you been doing music? And what inspired you?
I was 26 when I professionally started to take my career seriously, but definitely been doing arts and music since I was a young kid.
Q: Where we’re you born? City you live? or rep?

I was born in Collingwood, Ontario. Been living in Toronto for 7-8 years now.
Q: Music plans for 2023? What can the people expect? (Album, Mixtape, etc)
I just released my 2nd studio album called “The Smell of Smoke” - and we are shooting videos for every song on the project. I will also have a few singles dropping through out the year.
Q: Who or what inspires you musically?
Definitely Drake - I love how much he has grown as an artist and if I can do half the stuff that he has done, I will be happy. Also 6lack, Adele and Amy Winehouse. I love how they brought something different to the music industry. Would love to be a representative like them one day.
Q: How was your childhood? Was music a big thing in your family?
I lost my dad to suicide at a young age and had to grow up quick. I definitely used music as a coping mechanism for that. Still to this day music is my therapy.
I just released my 2nd studio album called “The Smell of Smoke”
Q: Have you experienced any obstacles that you have had to overcome within the industry?
Being a female rapper definitely has its pros and cons. Also not being the typical image of a female rapper. Just learning to represent myself as a person has been an important milestone in my career. Be true to who you are as a person. Challenging myself has also been important.

Q: Is there a particular artist signed or unsigned that you’d like to work/feature with?
Drake is the dream, but I have many! I’m open to collaborations with anyone if the vibe is right.
Q: What do you want the fans to take from you’re music? (youth, day ones, family, the world)
I want people to relate to me - being an influencer definitely has its pressures but I hope that people look at me and understand that I am coming from a real place.
Q: When your in the booth do you feel pressure? Do you go into your sessions alone or with a team?
Yes, definitely in the beginning - the booth is a very intimidating place, but once you find comfort in your voice, that goes away. I definitely like to go into sessions on my own but will send my music to my people when I’m finished so I can get critiques. (I don’t always listen though!) Haha luckily I have that luxury as an independent artist to call the shots!
