Our Solid Braid rope is made from polypropylene, which features twenty-three different colors. This rope is great for everyday use, soft on your hands, UV-protected and machine washable.
Our Double Braid rope is also made from nylon and offers more strength as well as premium quality. This rope is abrasion resistant and UV protected, making it better suited for any adventure!

Mad Dog Products started as a two-person, private-label company selling to manufacturing, wholesalers, and retailers almost 30 years ago. We have grown from our original personalized dock lines in the marine industry to a multitude of products in the Marine, Dog, Horse, and ATV/UTV industries.
The name of our company has a unique origin story. A last-minute order meant a last-minute effort to get the customer what they needed just in time. At 2 a.m., our owner, Chris DeWane, hand-delivered dock lines for a Marine open house that was happening that day. The customer called him “a crazy mad dog” because of his dedication and effort. Since then, the name has stuck, and we have believed in going above and beyond, selling like we would like to be sold, and putting our customers first.
