In 2022, a study found that only 39% of adults in the U.S. said they felt very connected to others. So why don’t more people live in a way that promotes social connection?
The Depot on Broad is a co-living community that offers a new paradigm for modern urban living. Comfortably outfitted apartments meet the needs for privacy and personal space, while lively common areas are interspersed throughout the floorplan, making sure that the opportunity for connection is maximized
