A floor-flush threshold for front doors and balcony doors? 100% flat? This is made possible by the innovative zero threshold system from MACO – for timber and timber-aluminium. The Transit zero barrier threshold, Multi Zero hook closure and door seal allow “free access” – from toy car to wheelchair.

The silicone lower seal also keeps wind and water out. And the Multi-Zero double hook provides Resistance Class (RC) 2 and enables the sought-after turn & tilt function.

Multi Zero – the sophisticated double hook The Multi Zero hook closure is the partner for the zero threshold system – its function is thought out down to the last detail.

Drop down door seal – so that water stays outside Barrier-free – and highly rain-proof. This is the drop down door seal for the zero threshold system. The patented closure system fits for 1- or 2-sash front doors and balcony doors.

mTronic – the all-rounder The networkable mTronic wireless sensor monitors windows, doors and sliding elements. It offers 24/7 status monitoring (open, locked and, in the case of windows, also tilted) as well as intelligent intrusion detection. The Transit zero barrier threshold can be found under element 18 (see page 40).
