The Dancing Design Philosophy

I created this little dancer to illustrate my design philosophy. A concept starts only as a variety of complex ideas. Step by step, this mess transforms until only a dancing line is left. Its essence.

This search to find the essence of a product is what occupies me.

An Illustration

Water both transforms its surroundings and adapts to them. Shaping a coffee mug as the embodiment of this narrative perfectly illustrates what I mean by ‘the dancing design philosophy.’

In this case, the goal is to capture a shape that feels soft and pliable but also molds its surroundings as your hand is guided into position.
